At Mind, Body and Balance, our goal is to teach our clients how to live a healthier, happier life by finding the balance between cleaner eating and a more fulfilling lifestyle, and learning how to incorporate that into your life. At our 30-minute initial consultation, I will work one-on-one with you to determine what program may be best for your needs. We will briefly discuss your background, your concerns and what has worked and not worked in the past. This will all help me create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
Throughout our sessions together, we will thoroughly review your health history, delve deeper into your current health concerns, and the lifestyle you live to develop realistic, achievable and sustainable goals that will produce long lasting results. You will learn to understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy levels, improve your personal relationships, learn to take time for yourself, gain confidence in yourself and feel better in your body. To help you stay on track, you will have my ongoing personal support throughout your program.

After the initial consultation, our sessions will run approximately 50 minutes. We will determine what is working for you and what may need to be re-evaluated. My goal is for you to leave each session with something you can apply to your real life and feel good about.
