Sessions and Programs



I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together during our program, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Studies show that if you consistently work on a goal for six months, you create habits that will last a lifetime. Are you trying to lose weight? Have you tried different diets and exercise that have you on a rollercoaster with little or no change? Are you fed up and confused about what foods to eat that make you feel better and produce less cravings? If you are ready to make a life altering change, then our six month program is the right one for you! 

Have you already been working on your health, have incorporated weekly physical activity and have seen some results, but have hit a wall? Do you need some additional support and suggestions to get you over that “hump”? Are you looking for some new meal suggestions and how to prepare them? Then our three-month program is best for you!

If you have two or three concerns or specific questions on topics such as supplements or specific diets (diabetic diet, gluten-free, paleo, etc.), then our 50-minute Nutrition Consultation is the one for you! We offer additional support in weekly and monthly menu planning for your family, “how to” grocery shop, and cleaning out your refrigerator and pantry for a fresh start!
